Our central stores location carries comprehensive stocks of spare parts and accessories for all major manufacturers’ models with a 24 hour express line delivery throughout the UK.
Like all of our products we can tailor our maintenance service to meet your exact requirements. This can be a full comprehensive service package or a basic pay-as-you-go agreement. Retail Associates will ensure you receive peace of mind through our service level agreement scheme which guarantees response levels and performance for all service and maintenance work. You can also add planned and preventative maintenance to reduce the risk of downtime.
A key part of our maintenance package is the importance of ‘first time fix’ for service calls. To ensure Retail Associates deliver on this area, comprehensive surveys are completed on all your checkout fleet. This information is stored and logged enabling our organisation to carry the correct spares and accessories, equipment and stock in our service stores.
Contracts can be tailored to give service cover on as much, or as little, of your equipment as you require. Furthermore, charges can be either an annual premium, per call, or an hourly rate, whichever best meets your needs.
