Retail Associates have always emphasised the importance of a comprehensive maintenance and service support package as part of our business. We have developed that maintenance and service business to offer a complete package of general store maintenance on a full range of general in-store equipment.
The service covers most items with the exception of refrigeration and some specialised display units, although we will always survey any problem to determine how best to repair or replace any store equipment.
Many general store parts are stocked and therefore repair and replacement times can be kept to a minimum.
We can offer a service level tailored to meet your exact needs, from a full comprehensive service package to a basic pay-as-you-go agreement and at all levels we provide a full Retail Associates guarantee of service that covers an agreed response level and performance.
Service calls are logged at the Warrington service help desk, thereafter calls are transferred to field engineering for assessment and scheduling for maximum response with minimum delay and within the agreed service level timescale. In addition, we back-up our service agreements with full reporting data and regular service meetings to provide full and accurate reports detailing service performance.
We also offer preventative maintenance packages designed to keep regular checks on the operation and condition of all types of front end equipment. In addition to ensuring that all working parts are in good order and maintained to manufacturer’s requirements the condition and accessory specification can be checked to ensure that broken or damaged accessories are repaired or replaced to prevent possible downtime at critical selling periods.
