Customer Service Desks

Larger store formats will have a customer service desk as part of the customer service offer within the store. Standard designs are available from Retail Associates in addition to any bespoke design to maximise floor space utilisation and thus have minimum impact of available selling area.
Service desks can be configured for any EPOS requirements and can also provide a back up till/stand alone till point to serve customers during low customer flow periods, thus performing a dual purpose function and saving manning hours.
Construction materials and colours can be varied to match any existing front end requirement and full bumper rail protection can be fitted to preserve the finished surfaces from trolley impact damage
